Aestelix is a management platform for centers and service businesses. It helps organize clients, appointments, packages, team members, resources, settings, operational accounting and records related to service delivery.

2. Center responsibility
Each center, administrator or professional is responsible for the information they record, for obtaining the necessary client authorizations and for complying with applicable professional, tax and data-protection rules in their country or region.
3. Accounts, roles and security
Access is provided through authorized accounts. The administrator must keep users, roles, permissions and team activity status updated. Credentials are personal and must not be shared.
4. Client data and consent records
The platform may store client data, appointments, history, packages, technical notes, allergies, contraindications, preferences, consent records and progress notes. The center should record only the information needed to provide the service.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or third-party failures. Features may evolve to improve security, performance or user experience.
6. Limitation of liability
Aestelix does not replace legal, medical, healthcare, accounting or tax advice. Professional decisions, applied procedures and the relationship with each client remain the center's responsibility.

These terms correspond to version 2026-07-02. The related privacy policy corresponds to version 2026-07-02. If relevant changes are published, new acceptances may be requested inside the app.
